Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and regions across Pakistan.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or the customer is unavailable, additional delivery arrangements may be required.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
